PNEC is searching for an Associate Conference Minister for Christian Education & Youth Empowerment!

 

The Penn Northeast Conference of the United Church of Christ is seeking applications for the position of Associate Conference Minister for Christian Education and Youth Empowerment.

 

The position is a half-time position with responsibilities for:

  • Coordinating the Conference’s Youth and Young Adult Ministries.

  • In addition to coordinating conference-wide youth ministries, this component includes the resourcing and training of local church youth ministry committees and leaders.

  • Coordinating the Conference’s Christian Education Ministries.
  • In additional to coordinating conference-wide education ministries, this component includes the resourcing and training of local church education committees and teachers and providing supports groups for local church Christian Educators.
  • Coordinating the Conference’s Resource Center.

 

The Conference is open to the possibility of filling this position with two persons: a part-time person interested in the Youth and Young Adult component and another part-time person interested in the Christian Education component.
